HANDLE & CARE

When washing this tee with a machine, we highly recommend turning the tee inside out to prevent any damages to this printed design. We also recommend washing this tee on a gentle, cold-water cycle and letting it air dry or on low heat. This will really help the lifespan. Do not iron directly on the logo/print.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING & POLICY

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and 3-5 business days for shipping. After items are shipped, the arrival time entirely depends on the postal service in your area. Normally, you should expect to receive your order about a week after the shipment. *Please expect a possible delay on shipping times during the Holidays, as most postal services are backed up due to the influx of packages*

Can I track my Package?

  • After checkout, you will be redirected to your order confirmation page as well as sent an email containing your order and order #. Once we ship out your order, you will THEN be sent a package tracker by email.

  • If you can't reach these emails or do not think you received them, please check your spam emails before contacting us.

  • If after this you still cannot find these emails, reach out to us and we would be happy to help!

Address / Shipping Issues

  • We, BRANDED BY FIRE, are NOT liable for any shipping address discrepancies, which include: incorrectly entered address or item, lost or stolen packages, or incorrectly delivered packages. 

  • We strongly suggest reviewing your order information twice before submitting your order.

The price that your order was processed for is indeed final and we don't have the ability to go back and change the order. 

  • Our prices are subject to change.

  • I forgot to use my discount code can you apply it to my order? 

  • Unfortunately, we cannot, all orders are final, and we don't have the ability to adjust prices to finalized orders 

    • Only one discount code of ours can be applied per order.

 

- Oversold Items

  • In the extremely rare occasion that this happens, we will refund you for item(s) out of stock and ship out the rest of your order to you.

- How do the sizes of the clothing run?

True to size. For a slightly over sized look, size up.
